Why should I subscribe to 'Arise'?

My name is Ogige Ruth Oluwatosin. I am Cake maker turned consultant. In my few years of being in the Cake world, I have been on the look-out for means of bridging the very wide gap between the successful Cake makers and the struggling ones, between the professionals and the upcoming. My open mind for learning has made me not to see any baker as a competitor, rather I see in them a fellow artist, a creator.

In as much as I oppose the unhealthy competition in the Cake world, I also find disturbing the mediocre way of handling business by some Cake makers. They have placed themselves in a fixed position of regression that it takes a lot of effort to help them get out. Part of their self-made obstacles are their locations, they say 'this area is just not good for business' and then they give up.

Another factor that drives me is seeing that the 'Image' of Cake itself is gradually being dragged in the mud by bakers who do not know the value of Cakes themselves.
                           
My desire derive, aspiration and nature for problem solving led me into the creation of this ten (10) weeks course.
